We have great news! Our CEO Katja Virtanen received the Employer of the Year 2022 award in connection with the spring meeting of Language Experts (Kieliasiantuntijat ry) on 25 May 2023.
This is the second time that the association gave out working life awards. The categories were “Deed of the Year”, “Employer of the Year” and “Language Expert of the Year”. The award is a recognition of the valuable and socially significant work carried out by language experts. Through their own activities, the recipients of the award have promoted, for example, linguistic accessibility and equality.
Katja Virtanen is an experienced language service industry entrepreneur. She has been active in Finnish Language Service Providers SKY and has been involved in the founding of the North European Language Network cooperation network. With her expertise, Katja supports both her employees and young professionals starting in the field.
