On Friday, 19 August, Delingua hosted a summer party at its office in Turku. The summer party was preceded by a workshop in which Delingua’s staff and language expert partners brainstormed ways in which we could better meet the expectations of our customers.
The evening got under way with a presentation by our CEO Katja Virtanen, who talked about Delingua, our customers and their quality expectations. After the presentation, we were divided into two groups and we discussed concrete actions through which we could provide customers with even better service and further improve our cooperation.
“The translators themselves have the best understanding of what they need in order to do their job even better. Therefore, it is important that we consider the needs of our customers together,” said Katja, who continued: “It’s also great to meet our partners in person.”
After the workshop, participants enjoyed an evening of sauna, good food and drinks, and socialised with their colleagues in the warm evening atmosphere of Turku. The sunset views from the rooftop terrace of our Turku office were the perfect way to round off a successful evening!
