We are happy to announce that we are now an ISO 17100 certified language service provider! The UK translation industry certification organisation ATC Certification audited Delingua and awarded the ISO 17100 certificate to its translation service process.
According to the audit report, no nonconformities or development areas were found in Delingua’s translation services. The ISO 17100 standard contains requirements for all the aspects of the translation process that have a direct impact on the quality and production of translation services.
The standard defines the requirements applicable to translation service providers, concerning the management of core processes, minimum competence requirements, the availability and management of resources and other measures necessary for the provision of a high-quality translation service.
Quality is an important criterion for us, and the certificate is a great recognition of Delingua’s long-term work to improve the language service process and quality!
