As 2022 is nearly upon us, the thing that most immediately comes to our minds is probably the fact that we failed to shake the COVID-19 pandemic before the end of 2021. Nonetheless, the wheels of the “new normal” roll on, and we want to remain optimistic, hoping for a better new year.
Now, with two years of the global pandemic under our belt, the translation industry can let out a sigh of relief: customers continue to order language services, which have possibly even diversified and gained a more pivotal role than before. Multilingual crisis communications and language technology have become a more central part of our customers’ everyday operations.
Successful brand refresh
In true Delingua fashion, we were not left helpless even during the worst times of uncertainty during the pandemic. At the end of last year, we refreshed our brand, which showed in the form of an updated visual identity and website. We wanted to further showcase our Finnish roots and our own story, along with references regarding our customers and services.
In addition to the growth in sales, we have also received verbal feedback on our new look. We have been pleased to hear our customers’ comments that we have a strong brand and clear website. Delingua is seen as a formidable yet laid-back and approachable company providing high-quality service, which is the exact image that we had strived to convey!
Delivering on our promises to our customers
Our marketing is not just empty words. According to our November 2021 customer survey, 97.5 per cent of Delingua’s customers were either satisfied or very satisfied with our services. When it comes to customer service, the results are even more impressive. Up to 99.3 per cent of our customers felt that it was easy to get service from Delingua.
Moreover, our customers thought that we separated ourselves from the pack in terms of the quality of our customer service, our punctuality and the open and predictable pricing. Our competent personnel was praised in particular: the personal touch to our customer service, the readiness to serve and the good customer experience came up frequently in the responses we received.
