Customer orientation has always been one of our competitive advantages. For this reason, we actively collect feedback from our customers. In addition to this continuous collection of feedback, we conduct a more comprehensive customer satisfaction survey annually. The results illustrate our development compared to previous years.
The most recent customer satisfaction survey was conducted in November 2020. Out of 358 respondents, 98% had used our translation services. In their responses, the customers assessed different aspects of Delingua’s service, such as the quality of translations, customer service, speed and the ability to solve problems.
Fast service with customer insight
We are delighted to see that, on the basis of the results, we succeeded in improving our service in all areas last year. Even though we also received constructive feedback, the big picture is that an increasing share of our customers, 98.7% of all respondents, would recommend us as a language service provider!
Individual aspects of our service that were especially appreciated by our customers were speed and our flexible customer service, showing the most significant year-on-year improvement. Other aspects that received praise were the quality of our translations, smooth service, fast response times and our easily approachable team.
Better known than others
Each year, we ask how Delingua stands out from other language service agencies. In addition to speed and good customer service, respondents listed other factors: being well known, a clear operating model, ease of cooperation, use of digital solutions, high-quality translations and an approach that inspires trust.
On the basis of their own experience, many recommend Delingua to others. As one of our customers puts it: “It feels like everyone else is using Delingua, which comes as no surprise at all to me.”
