As 2023 comes to an end, I want to thank, on behalf of Delingua as a whole, our customers for their trust in us. This year, you have entrusted us with tens of thousands of translation and interpreting projects, which we have had the pleasure of carrying out for you.

Now, six months later, I am even more convinced that Delingua and LanguageWire are a perfect match. The companies’ target markets and expertise complement each other optimally. Together, we can offer an even more extensive range of services to both existing and new customers. We now have access to great new technology, which our customers have received just as well as I thought.
Although the post-merger integration has proceeded surprisingly painlessly, it has, of course, been demanding. The autumn has been busy and there has been a lot to learn. In this context, I would like to thank both my wonderful colleagues and all our language resource partners for their patience. I also want to thank our customers for continuing to trust in us during this time of change.

Each year, we conduct an extensive feedback survey among our customers. This year, too, hundreds of customers responded to the survey, giving us valuable feedback and good development suggestions. I am happy to say that with LanguageWire’s technology, we are already capable of responding to many of the suggestions.
I would like to thank all those who responded, because only through feedback can we learn to understand our customers’ needs and develop our services.
