We are happy to announce that Delingua has joined forces with the Danish language services and technology company LanguageWire.
Delingua continues to operate as an independent Finnish company, and our operations and personnel are expected to remain as before. Delingua’s founder Katja Virtanen will continue as Delingua’s CEO, and Delingua’s former parent company Oy Wortexport Ltd will be a minority shareholder in LanguageWire.
LanguageWire is known in the language service industry for its advanced technology solutions and high data security. LanguageWire’s and Delingua’s target markets and expertise complement each other well. Together, the companies can offer an even more extensive range of services to both current and new customers.
After the merger, LanguageWire’s net revenue exceeds EUR 80 million. It operates in 14 countries on three continents and has more than 450 employees.
